Day 1 – Cycling along the water’s edge and through the valley
Arrival and check-in at accommodation in the Caposele area.
Collection of e-bikes and a briefing on the route.
My first cycle ride along a route through the Sele Valley, taking in back roads, riverside scenery and green countryside, with views of the springs and the water.
Return journey and overnight stay.
Day 2 – Nature, fresh air and quiet roads
Breakfast at the accommodation.
A second e-bike route, different from the first, to explore another part of the valley and the surrounding natural areas, alternating between flat sections and gentle ups and downs.
Lunch is included.
Return and conclusion of the experience.
