Day 1 – Hands-on cooking and village life
Arrival and check-in at accommodation in Cairano, one of the smallest and most picturesque villages in Irpinia.
Handmade pasta workshop—featuring the preparation of ricotta ravioli and fried ricotta—to rediscover the techniques of traditional cooking.
A convivial lunch featuring handmade dishes, in a warm, authentic atmosphere.
In the afternoon, a move to Sant’Andrea di Conza and a walk through the village, amidst alleyways, quietude, and vistas that tell the story of mountain life.
Free evening.
Day 2 – From milk to cheese: tradition and territory
Travel to Calitri, a village that epitomizes the Alta Irpinia region.
Visit the farm and cheese-making workshop to discover the journey from milk to the finished product.
Tasting of cheeses and local products.
